OUR NEW TEXTILE PROJECT IN HUADU, GUANGZHOU, CHINA
Wednesday February 19th, 2003

The ACE Style Group has chosen Huadu in Guangzhou, China as the new site for establishing our vertical textile development, to satisfy the expanding and self-sufficient needs from within the Group, and to pave a golden gateway for the company?s business penetration into the China market upon China?s accession to the WTO.

To accomplish the Group?s goal and mission, the Group has invested a capital of US$10M to form a new affiliated company known as Fiori (Guangzhou) Textiles Limited
in Huadu, Guangzhou in July 2002. To vertically develop a full sp
ectrum of textile activities, this new company will consolidate all the various textile departments within the Group that currently operate weft and circular knitting, seamless knitting as well as dyeing and finishing of fabrics and garments. With the assistance and support from the local Chinese Government, Fiori has successfully acquired a piece of land covering a total area of 55,000 sq. meters in the Tanbu City in Huadu to accommodate these integrated operations. To cater for future expansion, which may also include lace and warp knitting, acquisition of another 27,500 sq. meters of land is under rapid negotiation.

The whole project is envisaged to complete by the end of 2003 and the grand opening of the Fiori (Guangzhou) Textiles Limited is tentatively scheduled for March 2004, starting with the newly migrated dyeing and finishing operations from Hong Kong, followed by phased integration of the seamless knitting and circular knitting operations from both Hong Kong and Gong Ming, Boan respectively by 2005.

The name ?Huadu? in Chinese means ?a capital city for flowers?, and ?Fiori ? is an Italian word for ?flowers?. As suggested by a Chinese proverb meaning ?mutually beneficial?, we sincerely hope that ?Fiori? is a perfect match for ?Huadu?. In the Tanbu City of Huadu, we will lay our foundation stone for Fiori Textiles, which in turn will mark a new milestone for the ACE Style Group?s business development in the Mainland China.
